Homemade Granola

Turns out making granola is like the easiest thing in the world to do.

Pick a sweetener (honey, maple syrup, coconut sap…), bring it to a boil with a bit of oil (I used coconut), add your granola mixture, give it a stir, then bake at 350 F until browned.

Unlike most granola made with oats, I used quinoa flakes as the base, which made it super light and crispy (and gluten-free!).

Yum, i love homemade granola! I’ve been making granola and yoghurt for a while now and it’s the best breakfast. If you wanna mix it up, this is a great recipe:
