There’s something about the New Year that makes me want to get organized.
I had already decided a couple weeks ago that I really needed to go through my jewelery “box” (aka tupperware), so when my mum gifted me with a gorgeous jewelery case for Christmas, I knew it was time to get down to business…
As soon as I stepped out of frame so that I wouldn’t be seen in the mirror, the photograph I have hanging of my Grandmother was perfectly reflected. As someone who believes in little “signs”, it immediately put a smile on my face.

Which will be very useful since one of my New Years resolutions is to road trip more (Big Sur anyone?).
Time to tackle the rest of the cluttered nooks I have strategically hidden around my apartment…
